- safe working practices, including WHS, First Aid, emergency response and AQF3 chemical use accreditation.

The course aims to develop knowledge and skills in:
- Digital farming
- Livestock (predominantly cattle and sheep) health and husbandry, livestock breeding and genetics, livestock nutrition (including feedlot)
- Crop establishment and maintenance, soil analysis, pasture and grazing management, weed and pest management
- Maintenance of machinery and infrastructure (including welding), work supervision.
