AHC30122 – Certificate III in Agriculture

AHC31824 – Certificate III in Beekeeping

This qualification is aimed at commercial beekeepers, or beekeepers with multiple hives. There are 18 units of competency in total, which are delivered through a combination of face-to-face training, online training, and workplace assessment. Units include managing swarms, transporting hives, requeening a colony, and WHS processes.
AHC31424 – Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management
In 2021 the Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (Indigenous Land Management) program was launched to establish meaningful land management training and career pathways for new entrant, green team members and rangers working within LLS and LALCs to upskill and build capacity for organisations and Community.
The program has developed and supported learning to revive Aboriginal culture through reading Country & gaining cultural fire skills to help manage the return of healthy Country across different vegetation groups.
The program is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the Aboriginal Community organisations and land management sector.
This course aims to develop knowledge and skills in:
- Cultural and Ecological Site Inspection
- Maintaining native ecosystem areas
- Cultural burning and recording information on Country
